The home
This fully renovated beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 full bathroom property has all the comforts of home needed to make your Whistler getaway one of the most memorable. Located just steps from the Village Stroll yet far enough from the Village noise, you can enjoy Mountain views from your private hot tub or relax in front of the fireplace in the cosy living room. You have a fully stocked kitchen with SS appliances and ample seating for all. Our property also has free secure parking (Max Height 6'8")
The space
The living room has a custom double sofa bed, smart TV so you can access your Netflix account and a gas fireplace to give a warm finish to the room. Off the living room is the 1st of two private decks and is equipped with a propane BBQ and mountain views.
The dining room has a large table with bench seating and is open with the kitchen and living room making dining simple.
The kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space. It is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal should you choose not to venture just steps into the village.

In Suite Laundry is located in the closet at the top of the stair leading to the two bedrooms.
The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and has a private ensuite bathroom with shower stall and heated tile flooring. You will have plenty of space in the closet for all of your luggage or use the luggage rack to store your suitcase. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a set of double bunks beds and wall mounted flat screen and a good size closet. Enjoy the second private deck where you will be greeted with gorgeous mountain views and your own private hot tub.
Free underground parking is available on site (Height Restriction 6'8"), but with a location this walkable a car is not needed to enjoy Whistler to its fullest.
Guest Access
Guest will have access to the entire townhome, hot tub, in-suite laundry, free parking on the premises, and bike locker (bring your own lock). In the winter months, take advantage of the complimentary shuttle bus located just outside the complex bringing you directly to the base of Blackcomb and Whistler gondolas
Other things to note
- The height restrictions of the parkade is 6'8"
- Children are welcome but must be accompanied by their parents (25 or over). - Our home is not child proofed and parents must be responsible for their child's safety. We have two sets of stairs and no baby gates.
- Please could we politely ask that Ski Boots and shoes are removed in the entrance space to protect our carpets and floors.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in our home and on the decks and in the grounds of the complex.
- Our home is not hypoallergenic. We do have feathers in our duvets, pillows, cushions etc

Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival. 50% refund if cancelled 14+ days before arrival. No refund after that.
House rules
Check in is any time after 4pm on the day of arrival. Strictly NO Partying allowed. Maximum number of guests is 8 – no unauthorised guests allowed in the unit Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am; in the event that this rule is being abused by other guests or tenants in the complex please call Sea to Sky security at 604-905-9909 and inform us as well on the AirBnB Message board. If any noise complaints are received from other owners or neighbors due to the hot tub being used after hours, loud music, smoking or noise disturbances from either deck, we will be forced to intervene and deduct the fine amounts ($305 for each disturbance). PETS are not permitted in this unit (a $305 fine will be charged) HOT TUB RULES: The hot tub may not be used after 10pm in accordance with the complex bylaw. - Please be respectful and keep the noise levels to a minimum when in the hot tub before 10pm and when in the unit in general. - Please do not sit on the hot tub cover or sit on the black float cover. - Please refrain from using glass in the hot tub or smoking on either decks. - There has been a new hot tub cover lift installed which protrudes slightly enough to block the door, it simply needs to be pushed back towards the divider. SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited anywhere on common property or in the unit or on the patios or decks of the unit and any evidence of smoking will be subject to a $305 fine. BATHROOM: Please ONLY flush toilet paper down the toilet. NO sanitary products, NO nappies, NO wipes or anything else to be flushed as these could cause a blockage for which the guest would be responsible for any plumbing charges. GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Garbage and recycling are located in the visitors parking area and the grey fob will give you access to the garbage room. Would you be so kind as to leave all boots/shoes in the entrance to protect our carpets and floors. And finally and importantly...... We truly hope you have a wonderful time here. Why the marmot?
Long before the ski lifts, people here called the mountain Whistler, after the sharp whistle hoary marmots give to warn each other of danger. The name stuck, and the marmots are still up there.
They're also champion sleepers, spending six to eight months of the year curled up in their burrows. We can't promise you quite that much rest, but after a day on the mountain we think you'll sleep like one.
